FuturesFury is a futures prop firm comparison and analytics platform. We help traders make informed decisions by providing transparent comparisons, free tools, and market data. We may earn commissions through affiliate partnerships with prop trading firms.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Usage data — Pages visited, time on site, interactions with tools and comparisons. Collected via Google Analytics 4 (only with your consent).
• Device and browser data — Browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and approximate location (country/region level).
• IP address — Used for security and to determine approximate geographic location. Not stored long-term.
• Account data — If you create an account: email address, name (optional), and Profit Tracker entries you submit.
• Affiliate click data — When you click an outbound affiliate link, we record the firm name, page, and click timestamp for attribution purposes.

• To attribute affiliate conversions to the correct partner firms

• Affiliate partners — When you click an affiliate link, you are redirected to a third-party prop firm website. Their own privacy policy applies from that point.
• Emergent (hosting) — Our platform infrastructure provider.

Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default settings (up to 14 months). Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Affiliate click data is retained for 90 days. You may request deletion at any time.

Our servers are located in the United States. If you access FuturesFury from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. We use industry-standard security measures to protect data during transfer.

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
