Understanding Prop Firm Profit Splits
Profit split is the percentage of your trading profits you keep. A 90% split means if you make $5,000 gross, you take home $4,500 and the firm keeps $500. Some firms offer 100% on early payouts (first 1-3 payouts) to incentivize traders, then scale to 80-90% thereafter.
