Prop Firms With No Time Limit

Time pressure kills trading performance. A 30-day deadline to hit a profit target pushes traders to force entries, overtrade, and take poor risk-reward setups. The best futures prop firms have eliminated time limits entirely — letting you trade at your own pace.

Good news: nearly every major futures prop firm now offers unlimited evaluation time. This page confirms which firms have no time limit and compares them on the metrics that actually differentiate: pricing, drawdown rules, and profit splits.

Firms are ordered by lowest public evaluation price, pulled live from our firm database. Price is our default sort because — when time is no longer a variable — cost-to-funding becomes the clearest lens for comparing otherwise-similar accounts. Treat the order as a starting point, not a ranking: the "Best Choice For You" block above the table highlights the cheapest entry, the most forgiving drawdown, the highest profit split, and the fastest first payout so you can optimise for whichever factor matches your trading style.

All 10 firms below have no evaluation time limit. The comparison focuses on which offers the best overall value, and we prioritise firms with a demonstrated payout history so an unlimited evaluation window actually translates into a funded account you can withdraw from. If you stall out during a slow tape, an unlimited runway means you can step away for a week, come back, and resume without restarting the eval.

Decision Guide

If you prioritize cheapest evaluation with no time pressure → choose Bulenox (from just $13/mo with unlimited time)

If you prioritize most forgiving drawdown + no deadline → choose Bulenox (Flexible Drawdown (Intraday + EOD options) — take your time)

If you prioritize highest split + unlimited time → choose Bulenox (100% split, no rush)

No Time Limit: The Futures Advantage

Unlike forex prop firms that typically impose 30-60 day windows, futures prop firms have largely standardized on unlimited evaluation time. This reflects the nature of futures trading — markets have seasonal cycles, and forcing a deadline during a low-volatility period penalizes patient traders.

Since all firms listed here offer no time limit, your decision should focus on other differentiators: pricing, drawdown type, and profit split.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do any prop firms have evaluation time limits?
Most futures prop firms do not impose time limits on their evaluations. You can take as long as you need to hit the profit target. This is different from forex prop firms, which often have 30 or 60 day windows.
Why is no time limit important?
A time limit creates pressure to force trades, which leads to overtrading and poor risk management. Without a time limit, you can wait for quality setups, take breaks during choppy markets, and trade at your natural pace.
What happens if I stop trading for weeks?
With no time limit, your evaluation remains active indefinitely. Some firms may have inactivity policies (e.g., account archived after 30 days of no activity), but this is rare and usually reversible by contacting support.
Are no-time-limit evaluations more expensive?
No. The evaluation pricing is the same regardless of time limit policy. In fact, no time limit is now the standard in futures prop trading. Firms that add time limits are the exception, not the rule.
Is there a catch to unlimited evaluation time?
No catch — it is simply a more trader-friendly policy. The firm still requires you to hit the profit target while respecting drawdown rules. The only difference is you are not racing against a clock to do it.
